Our Team

I am originally from the East Coast (just outside Philadelphia) where I attended Cairn University (formerly Philadelphia Biblical University) to receive a Bachelor of Science in Bible, and Missio Seminary (formerly Biblical Theological Seminary) to receive both my Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees. I am happily married to Roi Maw, my wife of over twenty years. We have two sons together, Nathan and Seth, and we are the legal guardians of my nephew Zau Dan. I am an avid cyclist, comic book nerd, lover of good movies, and I enjoy reading good theology. Some of the people who have had the most profound influence on my thinking are St. Augustine, Jonathan Edwards, John Piper, and Christopher Wright. Oh, and my favorite comic book hero is Spider-Man!
